Our design process is comprised of in-depth conversations, research image and design sketch sharing, and when possible material sample swaps for the clearest communication. We want you to feel confident that you're receiving exactly the accessory we've collaborated to create. 

Each order has its own processing time but it's safest to allow a minimum 90 days prior to your event for the best experience and quality. Under the time limit? Contact us anyways and we'll see what's possible. 

All bespoke designs will have a total cost estimate at time of contract and require a 40% deposit that is non-refundable after 7 calendar days. The deposit goes towards the final total and all balances are due before items ship. Further information regarding our custom order policies are available during the design process.
